Information about our measures to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2
The safety of our customers during our nature tours and programs is our highest priority. TABITAIKEN has developed a three-pillar approach to prevent the spread of the novel COVID-19 virus during our programs so that our customers can fully enjoy a safe experience. Our approach follows the general guideline from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Customer hygiene management
- Hand sanitizing alcohol available at all events
- Mandatory temperature check at event check-in including documentation
- All customers are required to wear masks during the program
- Continuous enhancement of social distancing rules
- Introduction of our safety measures at the start of every program
Employee hygiene management
- Daily body temperature check and documentation
- Frequent sanitizing of hands
- Mandatory wearing of masks and/or face shields during the preparation as well as the programs
- Frequent training of hygiene management including documentation material
Indoor events: hygiene measures
- Frequent sanitizing of all surfaces
- Mandatory temperature check at check-in including documentation
- Hand sanitizing alcohol available
- Constant ventilation of venue
- Continuous enhancement of social distancing rules
