Booking process

All prices are listed in Yen.

All programs require booking of minimum seven days prior to the scheduled date. 

We strive to confirm reservations as soon as possible. However please note that due to scheduling details we might not be able to send confirmation immediately after receiving bookings. We will be sure to update you about your reservation within 48 hours after receiving your message. 

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel or reschedule at least eight days before the experience or, cancel within 12 hours of completing the booking*

*Only applies to bookings made five to seven days before the experience.

Time and days are all in Japan Standard Time

We will charge cancellation fees from five days before the scheduled program date.

• From five days to three days before the program date: fee will be 30% of the price
• From three days to one day before the program date: fee will be 50% of the price
• Cancellation on the day of the program: 100% of the price will be charged. 

In the case of no-shows, refunds will not be provided.
